    Our History

    Experience and indulge yourself in authentic Thai flavors at Rattana Thai Restaurant. Our restaurant is established in 2010 and our first branch is located at the hearts of Central Business District (CBD) area in Singapore, Tanjong Pagar. We use only the fresh and quality ingredients to create a well-balanced, integrated Thai taste – Spicy, Sweet, Salty, Sour and bitter.

    Our Food:
    At Rattana Thai Restaurant, you get to enjoy both wide range of traditional and modern delectable Thai delicacies. Some of our Signature dishes includes Grilled Lemon Chili Squid, Green Curry, Pandan Leaf Chicken, Pineapple Fried Rice, Thai Steamed Seabass in Lime garlic Chili and more.  Our recipes are modified in a way to suit the taste of our local Singaporeans. We know Singaporeans love hot and spicy, so we have the usual spicy dishes such as Lemon Chili Squid, Tom Yam Soup, Tang hoon Salad in our menu.

    we also have a great selections of dishes that are not spicy, or have our chili separated from the dishes. Such are our Pad Thai, Pandan leaf Chicken, Golden Fried Calamari etc. For those who wants to pamper a little of themselves, we have choices such as Fish Maw Soup with abalone & crab meat, Black Pepper/ Chili Crab and Thai Grouper with Special House Chili to satisfy you.

    Sweet treats such as Steamed Tapioca with Coconut Milk, Thai Chendol and Mango Sticky Rice are excellent choices after a meal for those who have a sweet tooth.

    Our food does not contain pork nor lard in our cooking and request for vegetarian option is available.

    Our Culinary Team

    Our Executive Chef comes from many years of experiences in culinary skills. Dishes like Pla Meung Man Auu (Lemon Chili Squid), Pla Lapid (Golden Fried Grouper with Thai Chilli), Khao Pad Saparrod (Pineapple Fried Rice) and Keang Khiao Wan (Signature Green Curry) are parts of the signature and must-tries dishes.

    Our Secret

    Quality of our food plays a very important role, starting from the choosing of raw materials to execution of the dish and finally to the presentation for the our customers. Thai taste can be defined as the clever use of 5 flavours namely: Sweet, salty, sour, spicy and bitter. Using them in the correct volume does make Thai Cuisine taste harmoniously well. And of course, real passion in Thai cooking will make Thai Food taste even better.
