Reservations

We strongly recommend you to submit your reservations online early and do a pre-order to avoid disappointment.

Reservations are only considered confirmed if you receive an email or Whatsapp confirmation from Rattana Thai Restaurant. Double reservation submission are not allowed

Do note that reservation will be held for 15 minutes for non-peak hours and 10 mins for peak hours before we release the table. Please also ensure that the other guests arrive within 30 minutes of the reserved time. The management holds the right to give your seats or table to another group at the discretion of our managers. If you are making a reservation for more than 15 pax, please call us at 6224 4322. We will get in touch with you to arrange your reservation request.

40% of our tables are set aside for walk-in customers on a first come first serve basis.

Reservations that do not comply with the above terms and conditions will automatically be rejected.
